Soon to be installed, this coastal home in Southern Maine seeks to straddle both in-town convenience and coastal retreat.

Working thoughtfully within shore land zoning and setbacks, GBRLD was tasked with creating a welcoming oasis minutes from downtown. Using primarily native species well adapted to coastal conditions, the new landscape works to smoothly blend the natural beauty near the site with the newly constructed architecture it surrounds.
